The purchase history page displays a complete record of your past orders, including order details, payment status, and tracking information.
How to Access
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Ecommerce or Shop in the sidebar
- Click on Purchases History

Order List
Your order history displays:
- Order number and date
- Seller/store information
- Items purchased
- Total amount paid
- Order status
Order Details
Click on any order to see:
- Full product list with quantities
- Pricing breakdown
- Shipping address
- Tracking number and carrier
- Payment method used
Order Statuses
- Pending - Order placed, awaiting payment
- Processing - Payment confirmed, being prepared
- Shipped - On the way to you
- Delivered - Received
- Cancelled - Order cancelled
- Refunded - Payment returned
