The Payouts page allows administrators to manage and process payments to riders for their completed deliveries.
Overview
Riders earn money for each delivery they complete. This page lets administrators review, approve, and process rider payouts.
How to Access
- Log in as an administrator
- Navigate to Delivery in the sidebar
- Click on Payouts
Prerequisites
- Administrator role required
Payout List
Shows pending and processed payouts with:
- Rider name
- Amount
- Period (weekly/monthly)
- Status (pending, approved, paid)
- Bank details
Processing Payouts
Review Payout
Click on a payout to see:
- Completed deliveries count
- Earnings breakdown
- Platform commission
- Net amount
Approve Payout
Approve payouts for processing:
- Review the payout details
- Check delivery records
- Click Approve
Reject Payout
If there are discrepancies, reject with a reason.
Process Payment
After approval, process the payment to the rider's account.
