Overview
Promo codes can provide percentage discounts, fixed amounts, or free delivery. Administrators create, manage, and track promo code usage.
How to Access
- Log in as an administrator
- Navigate to Delivery in the sidebar
- Click on Promo Codes
Prerequisites
- Administrator role required
Creating Promo Codes
Step 1: New Promo Code
Click Add Promo Code and configure:
- Code - The code customers enter (e.g., SAVE20)
- Type - Percentage off, fixed amount, or free delivery
- Value - Discount amount or percentage
- Minimum Order - Minimum order value to apply
Step 2: Limits
Set usage limits:
- Total uses allowed
- Uses per user
- Start and end dates
Step 3: Restrictions
Configure restrictions:
- Specific restaurants
- Specific menu items
- First-time users only
Managing Promo Codes
- Edit - Modify code details
- Deactivate - Stop code from being used
- Delete - Remove permanently
Tracking Usage
Monitor promo code performance:
- Times used
- Total discount given
- Revenue impact
