The Products List page displays all products in your store with powerful management capabilities including search, filter, and bulk actions.
Overview
Administrators can view and manage all products from this central interface, including editing details, updating prices, and managing inventory.
How to Access
- Log in as an administrator
- Navigate to Ecommerce in the sidebar
- Click on Products List
Prerequisites
- Administrator role required
Products Table
The products list displays:
- Product image
- Product name
- SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)
- Category
- Price
- Stock quantity
- Status (active, draft, archived)
Search and Filter
Use the search bar to find products by name or SKU. Apply filters for:
- Category
- Price range
- Stock status
- Status (active/draft/archived)
Managing Products
Edit Product
Click on a product to open the edit page where you can modify:
- Name and description
- Pricing and discounts
- Images and media
- Inventory levels
- Categories and tags
Duplicate Product
Create a copy of an existing product to use as a starting point for new listings.
Archive Product
Move products to archive to hide them from the store without deleting them.
Delete Product
Permanently delete a product. This action cannot be undone.
Bulk Actions
Select multiple products to:
- Update prices
- Change categories
- Update stock levels
- Activate or archive
- Export to CSV
