Effective pricing strategies help maximize sales and profitability. The pricing system allows for base pricing, sale prices, bulk discounts, and tiered pricing.
How to Access
- Log in as an administrator
- Navigate to Ecommerce or Shop in the sidebar
- Click on Pricing
Prerequisites
- Administrator role required
Base Pricing
Set the default pricing settings:
- Currency - Default store currency
- Tax Inclusion - Whether prices include tax
- Decimal Places - Number of decimal places (2 standard)
Sale Pricing
Automatic Sales
Schedule sales to run automatically:
- Select products for the sale
- Set discount percentage or fixed amount
- Choose start and end dates
Compare at Price
Show the original price crossed out next to the sale price to emphasize savings.
Bulk Discounts
Configure quantity-based discounts:
- Buy 10+ get 10% off
- Buy 50+ get 15% off
- Buy 100+ get 20% off
Tiered Pricing
Set different prices based on customer type or quantity:
- Retail price for individual buyers
- Wholesale price for bulk orders
Discount Codes
Create coupon codes for specific discounts:
- Percentage off
- Fixed amount off
- Free shipping
- Minimum purchase requirements
