The Marketplace Orders page shows all orders from the multi-vendor marketplace, allowing administrators to monitor and manage transactions.
Overview
Marketplace orders include transactions from multiple vendors. Administrators can view order details, track status, and manage disputes.
How to Access
- Log in as an administrator
- Navigate to Marketplace in the sidebar
- Click on Orders

- Administrator role required
Order List
Displays all marketplace orders with:
- Order number and date
- Customer and vendor information
- Items and quantities
- Total amount
- Order status
- Payment status
Order Details
Click on an order to see:
- Full item list
- Vendor details
- Customer shipping address
- Payment information
- Commission details
Managing Orders
View Details
See complete order information and transaction history.
Update Status
Change order status (processing, shipped, delivered).
Issue Refund
Process full or partial refunds for orders.
Handle Dispute
Review and resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.
Filtering and Search
Filter orders by:
- Date range
- Status
- Vendor
- Payment status
