Your wallet allows you to store funds, make payments, and transfer money to other users on the platform.
Overview
The wallet system lets you manage your money within the platform. You can deposit funds, withdraw to external accounts, and send money to other users.
How to Access
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Money or Wallet in the sidebar
- Click on Wallets
Wallet Features
View Balance
Your main wallet shows your current balance in your primary currency. You may have multiple wallets for different currencies.
Deposit Funds
To add money to your wallet:
- Click Deposit
- Select payment method (bank transfer, credit card, crypto)
- Enter the amount
- Follow the payment instructions
- Funds appear in your wallet upon confirmation
Withdraw Funds
To withdraw money:
- Click Withdraw
- Enter the amount
- Select withdrawal method
- Enter destination details
- Confirm the withdrawal
Send to Other Users
To transfer funds to another user:
- Click Send
- Enter the recipient's username or email
- Enter the amount
- Add an optional note
- Confirm the transfer
Transaction History
View all your past transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with timestamps and details.

Troubleshooting
Withdrawal pending
Solution: Bank transfers may take 2-5 business days. Crypto withdrawals are usually faster.
Cannot withdraw full balance
Solution: Check for any pending transactions or withdrawal limits based on your account verification level.
