The shopping cart allows you to review items before purchase, adjust quantities, and proceed to checkout.
Overview
Your shopping cart stores items you want to buy. You can add items, adjust quantities, remove items, and proceed to checkout when ready.
How to Access
- Browse products on the platform
- Click Add to Cart on any product
- Click the cart icon in the header to view your cart
Cart Features
Viewing Cart Contents
Your cart displays:
- Product image and name
- Unit price
- Quantity selected
- Subtotal for each item
- Total amount
Updating Quantities
To change the quantity of an item:
- Find the item in your cart
- Click the quantity selector
- Enter the desired number or use +/- buttons
- Click Update to confirm
Removing Items
To remove an item from your cart:
- Find the item in your cart
- Click the Remove or X button
- Confirm removal if prompted
Saving for Later
Move items from your cart to your wishlist to purchase later without losing them.
Applying Coupon Codes
Enter a coupon code in the designated field and click Apply to receive discounts.
Cart Summary
The cart summary shows:
- Subtotal (items only)
- Shipping costs (calculated at checkout)
- Taxes (if applicable)
- Total (final amount to pay)
Proceeding to Checkout
When ready to complete your purchase:
- Review all items in your cart
- Click Proceed to Checkout
- Follow the checkout steps
Troubleshooting
Item removed automatically
Solution: Some items have limited stock. If an item sells out, it will be removed from your cart.
Cannot update quantity
Solution: Check if the item has a maximum purchase limit.
