Restaurants are the merchant partners in the delivery system. Administrators can add, configure, and manage restaurant partners from this page.
Overview
Managing restaurants involves onboarding new partners, configuring their settings, and monitoring their performance on the platform.
How to Access
- Log in as an administrator
- Navigate to Delivery in the sidebar
- Click on Restaurants
Prerequisites
- Administrator role required
Restaurant List
The list shows all restaurants with:
- Restaurant name and logo
- Address and contact
- Status (active, suspended, pending)
- Number of menu items
- Total orders
Managing Restaurants
Add Restaurant
Click Add Restaurant and enter:
- Restaurant name and description
- Address and contact information
- Opening hours
- Delivery radius
Edit Restaurant
Modify restaurant details including:
- Name and branding
- Address and delivery zones
- Operating hours
- Commission rate
Suspend Restaurant
Temporarily suspend a restaurant to stop new orders. Existing orders can still be completed.
View Performance
See restaurant metrics:
- Total orders and revenue
- Average preparation time
- Customer ratings
