Managing Dashboards allows you to create, edit, and organize multiple dashboard layouts to suit different purposes and preferences.
Overview
The dashboard management system lets you create custom dashboard layouts, save different configurations, and switch between them easily.
How to Access
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to the Dashboard section
- Click on Manage Dashboards
- You will see a list of all your dashboards

- Admin role or dashboard management permissions
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: View Your Dashboards
The dashboard list shows all your saved configurations including the default dashboard and any custom ones you have created.
Step 2: Create a New Dashboard
Click the Create New Dashboard button. Enter a name and optional description for your new dashboard layout.
Step 3: Edit Dashboard Layout
Select a dashboard from the list and click Edit. You can:
- Add new widgets from the widget library
- Remove existing widgets
- Resize widgets by dragging corners
- Reorder widgets by dragging and dropping
- Configure widget data sources
Step 4: Set Default Dashboard
Click the Set as Default button on any dashboard to make it your primary view when you log in.
Step 5: Delete Dashboard
To remove a dashboard, click the Delete button. Confirm the deletion when prompted. Note: This cannot be undone.
Common Use Cases
- Create a dashboard for work projects and another for personal tasks
- Share dashboard configurations with team members
- Create time-specific dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly views)
Troubleshooting
Issue: Cannot delete the last remaining dashboard
Solution: You must have at least one dashboard. Create a new one before deleting the last one.
Issue: Dashboard not saving changes
Solution: Check your internet connection and ensure you have permission to edit the dashboard.
