The bot system uses predefined commands to respond to user queries. Administrators can create, modify, and manage these commands to improve automated support.

How to Access

  1. Log in as an administrator
  2. Navigate to Support in the sidebar
  3. Click on Bot Commands

  • Administrator role required

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: View Existing Commands

The commands list shows all configured bot commands with their trigger phrases and responses.

Step 2: Create a New Command

Click Add Command. Enter:

  • Trigger: The phrase that activates the command (e.g., /help, /start)
  • Response: The automated reply
  • Category: Group the command belongs to
  • Permission Level: Who can use this command

Step 3: Test Commands

Use the Test button to verify the command works correctly before enabling it.

Step 4: Enable or Disable Commands

Toggle the status to activate or deactivate commands without deleting them.

Step 5: Delete Commands

To remove a command, click Delete. Confirm the action.
