Overview
GPS Tracking shows real-time location of all fleet vehicles on a map. Monitor where your vehicles are at any moment.
How to Access
- Click on Fleet Management in the left sidebar menu
- Click on GPS Tracking
How to View Vehicle Locations
- Click on GPS Tracking
- A map displays with vehicle markers
- Each marker represents a vehicle
- Click on a marker to see vehicle details
Map Legend
- Blue marker: Vehicle is moving
- Green marker: Vehicle is idle (parked)
- Red marker: Vehicle is stopped
How to Track a Specific Vehicle
- Click on GPS Tracking
- Find the vehicle list (usually on the left)
- Click on the vehicle name
- The map will center on that vehicle
How to View Vehicle Route History
- Click on GPS Tracking
- Click on a vehicle marker
- Click View History or Trip History
- Select a date
- The route taken that day appears on the map
How to Get Directions to a Vehicle
- Click on GPS Tracking
- Click on a vehicle marker
- Click Get Directions or Navigate
- Opens your default maps app with directions
