Overview
The Fleet Management Dashboard provides an overview of your entire fleet. Monitor vehicles, drivers, trips, and maintenance at a glance.
How to Access
- Click on Fleet Management in the left sidebar menu
- Click on Dashboard
Dashboard Sections
Key Metrics (Top Cards)
- Total Vehicles: Number of vehicles in fleet
- Active Trips: Currently on the road
- Drivers Online: Available drivers
- Maintenance Due: Upcoming/recent maintenance
Vehicle Status
Shows which vehicles are:
- In transit
- Idle (parked)
- In maintenance
- Out of service
Recent Activity
Shows latest trips, alerts, and events.
How to View a Specific Vehicle
- Click on Dashboard
- Click on a vehicle card or vehicle name
- Vehicle details page opens
How to View Active Alerts
- Click on Dashboard
- Look at the Alerts section
- Alerts show: Low fuel, speeding, maintenance needed, etc.
- Click an alert to see details
