The dashboard displays real-time data about your ecommerce operations, helping you make informed decisions about inventory, marketing, and customer service.
How to Access
- Log in as an administrator
- Navigate to Ecommerce in the sidebar
- Click on Dashboard
Prerequisites
- Administrator role required
Dashboard Sections
Sales Overview
This section shows:
- Total Sales - Revenue generated today, this week, this month
- Orders Count - Number of orders placed
- Average Order Value - Revenue per order
- Conversion Rate - Visitors who made purchases
Product Performance
Top-selling products, product views, and add-to-cart rates.
Customer Metrics
New customers vs returning customers, customer lifetime value, and churn rate.
Recent Orders
Latest orders with status, customer info, and total amount.
Inventory Alerts
Low stock warnings and out-of-stock notifications.

Use the date selector to view data for specific periods:
