Reports provide detailed analytics and history for GPS tracking data. Generate reports on device activity, travel history, and alerts.
How to Access
- Click on GPS Tracking in the left sidebar menu
- Click on Reports
How to Generate a Report
- Click on Reports
- Click Generate Report or New Report
- Select Report Type:
- Travel Summary: Distance, time, routes
- Alert Report: All alerts in period
- Stop Report: Where vehicles stopped
- Activity Report: Daily activity summary
- Select Device(s)
- Select Date Range
- Click Generate
How to Export a Report
- Click on Reports
- Generate or open a report
- Click Export
- Choose format:
- PDF: For printing
- Excel/CSV: For data analysis
- Click Download
