Gallery albums allow administrators to organize and display image collections on the platform. Users can create albums to showcase their photos.
Overview
Albums are collections of images grouped by theme, event, or topic. Administrators can manage all albums on the platform.
How to Access (Admin)
- Log in as an administrator
- Navigate to Gallery in the sidebar
- Click on Albums
Prerequisites
- Administrator role required
Album List
Shows all albums with:
- Album cover image
- Album name and description
- Owner (user who created it)
- Number of photos
- Privacy setting (public/private)
- Creation date
Managing Albums
Create Album
Click Create Album and enter:
- Album name
- Description
- Cover image
- Privacy setting
Edit Album
Modify album details and settings.
Delete Album
Remove an album and all its photos.
Feature Album
Mark an album as featured to highlight it on the platform.
User Albums Management
Administrators can:
- View any user's albums
- Approve or reject reported albums
- Remove inappropriate content
