Overview
Goals allow you to set and track financial targets like savings targets, debt payoff, or investment milestones.
How to Access
- Click on Finances in the left sidebar menu
- Click on Goals
How to Create a New Goal
- Click on Goals
- Click the Add Goal or Create Goal button
- Select Goal Type:
- Savings: Accumulate money over time
- Debt Payoff: Pay down a debt
- Investment: Grow your portfolio
- Purchase: Save for a specific item
- Enter Goal Name (e.g., "Emergency Fund", "Pay Off Credit Card")
- Enter Target Amount: The total amount you want to reach
- Enter or select Target Date: When you want to achieve the goal
- Click Save or Create Goal
How to Add Money to a Goal
- Click on Goals
- Find your goal
- Click Add Funds or Contribute
- Enter the amount you want to add
- Click Add or Submit
- The goal progress will update
How to View Goal Progress
- Click on Goals
- Find your goal
- Look at:
- Progress Bar: Visual progress
- Current: Amount saved so far
- Target: Goal amount
- Remaining: Amount still needed
- On Track: Whether you're meeting target date
How to Edit a Goal
- Click on Goals
- Find your goal
- Click the Edit icon
- Change the details (name, amount, date)
- Click Save
How to Delete a Goal
- Click on Goals
- Find your goal
- Click the Delete icon
- Confirm the deletion
